Happy Spring!

As we approach the half way point of 2014, I have been reflecting on all that I am thankful for. With every new adventure, comes new opportunities… this past year has been nothing but wonderful. I continue to be on the Membership Committee of WoVO (World Voices), a non-profit, member-driven international association of voice actors. In May 2013, I was invited to join the Voxy Ladies, a unique boutique of professional female voice talent. This collaboration of talented and kindhearted women have become dear to my heart. It is such an honor to be among them.

This past August was very exciting. I had the pleasure of meeting & coaching with the ever-so-talented Rob Paulsen during a Voxy Ladies’ event in Washington, DC. The comedy In A World, based around the voiceover industry, premiered in New York. I had the honor of meeting the film’s writer and lead Lake Bell during it’s opening night. Later that month I attended the SAG Poker Classic as a guest of the SAG Foundation, an event that raises money for the Don LaFontaine Voice-Over Lab. I was surrounded by incredible talent, donating their time and money for a wonderful cause.

September brought Voice Over Xtra‘s Virtual Conference which I enjoyed being a part of. Then in October I attended FaffCon 6 in San Antonio, TX, a career changing voice-over “unconference”. I can’t wait to attend FaffCon 7 in Tucson, AZ this September. At the end of March, I had the pleasure of attending a workshop with the amazing Marice Tobias, also known as “The Voice Whisperer”, that was an incredible experience! I am also pleased to announce that this past year, I signed with Voice Talent Productions and RSH Management. It’s an honor to be included in their prestigious rosters.

Cherish yesterday, dream tomorrow, live today…

New Branding

With the start of 2014, I launched my new website and branding! It was time for a change and I was seeking an image that truly captured my personality and sound. With the collaborative efforts of Voiceover Manager Celia Siegel, Voiceover Talents Lisa Biggs and Kelley Huston and the amazing Web Designer Sara Waters, my vision came together. (Thank you ladies!) I am thrilled with the final result!

Studio Updates

What goes well with a new look? New demos!!

Produced by Voiceover Coach Craig Spear, here are my most recent commercial & narration demos.

I am very excited to announce that my studio is now equipped with ISDN, Source Connect and Source Connect NOW! It was a long five month ordeal with Verizon (I know others can relate!) to get ISDN installed. Thanks in large part to the efforts of Dave Immer at Digifon, I now have it in my studio, complete with a Telos Zephyr Xstream!!

I am also loving another addition to my studio: a Sennheiser 416 microphone. It brings out the rich quality of my voice beautifully.

Thank You!

One can be passionate about their life’s work, but it doesn’t mean anything without the love, support and opportunities from others. Thank you all for being a part of this journey. Whether you’re a family member, friend, colleague, agent, manager, client or someone I hope to work with some day, I truly appreciate it.
Thank you for all you do!
